Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
  2. Mix thoroughly until everything is combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over a bed of rice.
