Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

Directions

Add the white wine and chicken broth and cook until the liquid has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
