Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with the olive oil, cinnamon, cumin, and salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the roasted sweet potatoes, raisins, feta cheese, and cilantro.
- Toss to combine and serve.
