Baked Sticky Chicken Wings
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, eggs, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well blended.
Gradually add flour, stirring just until combined. Do not over mix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow muffins to cool in pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
