Ingredients

- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced green apple
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and sea salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, carrots, red onion, green apple, almonds, and raisins.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
