Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the marinade into a re-sealable plastic bag or container.
- Add your desired protein to the marinade and seal the bag or container.
- Let the marinade sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove the protein from the marinade and cook as desired.
