Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, and water. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.
Using a biscuit cutter or a glass, cut out circles of dough about 3 inches in diameter.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the ricotta mixture onto each circle of dough.
Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape.
Using a fork, press the edges of the dough together to seal.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Carefully place the fravioli in the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve hot.
