Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chocolate chips and rum. Stir until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the rum has been absorbed.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar. Mix until everything is fully combined.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
