Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread the peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place a slice of bread, peanut butter side down, onto the skillet.
  4. Top with the sliced banana, shredded cheese, and the other slice of bread, peanut butter side up.
  5. Spread the butter onto the top slice of bread.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Flip the sandwich and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the skillet and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
