Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Directions

  1. Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. In a blender, combine the mashed bananas, yogurt, water, sugar and cardamom.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve chilled.
