Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix rhubarb, white sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, 1/2 cup flour, oats, brown sugar and walnuts. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
In a medium bowl, mix together milk, eggs and remaining 1/4 cup of white sugar. Pour over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
