Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the banana, pineapple, spinach, and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the honey and chia seeds (if desired) and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
