Ingredients

  • 4 trout fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the trout fillets in a baking dish and pour the oil mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot, with lemon wedges if desired.
