Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
- Place the trout fillets in a baking dish and pour the oil mixture over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, with lemon wedges if desired.
