Ingredients
- 1 pound of linguine
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil, melted butter, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper. Mix until the shrimp is evenly coated.
- Spread the shrimp mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked linguine and the baked shrimp. Serve warm.
