Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and salt until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
