Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cups of mini marshmallows
- 6 cups of crispy rice cereal
- Orange food coloring
- Green food coloring
- Candy corn
Directions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from the heat and add the cereal. Stir until completely combined.
- Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts and place into separate bowls.
- Add a few drops of orange food coloring to one bowl and stir until the color is uniform.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring to the second bowl and stir until the color is uniform.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread the orange mixture into the pan and press down firmly.
- Spread the white mixture over the orange layer and press down firmly.
- Spread the green mixture over the white layer and press down firmly.
- Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into small pumpkin shapes using a pumpkin cookie cutter.
- Garnish with candy corn.
