Ingredients

  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
