Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, cranberries, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan and press down firmly to ensure ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool before cutting into bars.
