Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, diced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Spread the shrimp mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Once the shrimp is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Add the lime juice and diced avocado and stir to combine.
