Ingredients
- 1 lb flat iron steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, blue cheese, bacon, and vinaigrette.
- Toss to combine.
- Add the steak strips to the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
