Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the bison, onion, garlic, bell peppers and jalapeno peppers. Cook until the bison is no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the bacon and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
