Ingredients
- 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of your favorite cereal, crushed
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1 large egg

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the crushed cereal in a shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, and paprika together.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture, then into the crushed cereal.
- Place the chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
