Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a donut pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan and bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the pan.
