Ingredients

  • 4 chicken schnitzel
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken schnitzel and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken schnitzel from the skillet and set aside.
