Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, skin removed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the duck breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and place it in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the duck breasts reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
