Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, skin removed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper.
