Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground venison
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the ground venison and cook until the meat is no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, red kidney beans, and tequila. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
