Ingredients
- 1 rack of baby-back ribs
- 1/2 cup of your favorite dry rub seasoning
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of apple juice
- 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
Directions
- Remove the membrane from the rack of ribs.
- Rub the dry rub seasoning onto both sides of the ribs.
- In a large bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar and apple juice. Add the ribs and make sure they are fully coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Place the ribs on the smoker, bone side down and cook for 2-3 hours.
- Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker, let rest for 10 minutes, and enjoy!
