Baby-Back Ribs Smoked to Perfection

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of baby-back ribs
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite dry rub seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of apple juice
  • 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Remove the membrane from the rack of ribs.
  2. Rub the dry rub seasoning onto both sides of the ribs.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar and apple juice. Add the ribs and make sure they are fully coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  6. Place the ribs on the smoker, bone side down and cook for 2-3 hours.
  7. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the smoker, let rest for 10 minutes, and enjoy!
