Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the pie crusts and use a 4-inch (10 cm) cookie cutter to cut out 12 circles.
  3. Press the circles into a 12-cup muffin tin.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, vanilla extract, eggs, and chopped pecans. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Fill each tart shell with the pecan mixture.
  6. Bake the tarts in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the crusts are golden brown.
  7. Allow the tarts to cool before serving.
