Ingredients
- 1 package of graham cracker crust
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes, and then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and spread evenly over the top of the cooled pie.
- Place back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
