Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) package of uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 (15 ounce) jar of pizza sauce
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package of sliced pepperoni
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine cooked beef mixture, macaroni, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni. Stir to combine.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
