Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package of sliced pepperoni

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine cooked beef mixture, macaroni, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni. Stir to combine.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
