Ingredients
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, celery, and cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Add the yogurt mixture to the apple mixture and toss to combine.
- Stir in the walnuts and season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
