Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook and stir until the vegetables are softened, about 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the beef and vegetables and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 2 minutes.
