Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula leaves, washed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, washed
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the arugula and romaine lettuce.
  2. Add the red grapes and toss gently.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.
