Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula leaves, washed
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, washed
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the arugula and romaine lettuce.
- Add the red grapes and toss gently.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
