Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Butter or cooking oil

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place the bread, butter-side down, on the griddle.
  4. Add the cooked bacon and fried egg to one slice of bread.
  5. Top with the cheese.
  6. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
  7. Cook until the bread is golden-brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes.
  8. Carefully flip the sandwich over and cook until the other side is golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and serve.
