Butter or cooking oil
Directions
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place the bread, butter-side down, on the griddle.
Add the cooked bacon and fried egg to one slice of bread.
Top with the cheese.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Cook until the bread is golden-brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes.
Carefully flip the sandwich over and cook until the other side is golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
