Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic.
Pour batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
