Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine artichokes, black olives, white wine, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
- Pour artichoke and olive mixture over chicken breasts.
- Drizzle olive oil over top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
