Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine artichokes, black olives, white wine, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Pour artichoke and olive mixture over chicken breasts.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over top.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
