Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix together the cake mix, butter, 1/2 cup walnuts, and 1/2 cup coconut. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture.
- Press remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread the sliced bananas over the crust.
- Spread the pineapple over the bananas.
- Mix the reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon, remaining walnuts and coconut together. Sprinkle over the pineapple.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool completely before frosting with whipped topping.
