Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
3 bananas, sliced
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan.
Mix together the cake mix, butter, 1/2 cup walnuts, and 1/2 cup coconut. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture.
Press remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread the sliced bananas over the crust.
Spread the pineapple over the bananas.
Mix the reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon, remaining walnuts and coconut together. Sprinkle over the pineapple.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool completely before frosting with whipped topping.

Bananas are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, potassium, and magnesium.
This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger crowd.
