4 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced into ½-inch pieces
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup packed light brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced into small pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the apples, blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, and sugar. Stir until all of the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Pour the apple-blueberry mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with the melted butter.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder. Cut in the butter pieces using a pastry cutter or two forks until the mixture is crumbly.
Spread the crumb topping over the apple-blueberry mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
