  • 4 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced into small pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, and sugar. Stir until all of the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the apple-blueberry mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with the melted butter.
