Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
