Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup of croutons
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy fillets, mustard, and salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
