- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked quinoa, oats, cocoa powder, honey, salt, and baking soda.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips, if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
