Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Using a spiralizer or julienne peeler, cut the zucchinis into thin noodles.
- Combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until a pesto sauce is formed.
- Toss the zucchini noodles with the pesto sauce and serve.
