Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  4. Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
