Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
