Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ham, onions, green pepper, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
