2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 (14.5 oz.) can corn, drained

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the onion is softened.
Add the chili powder, smoked paprika, and oregano and cook for 1 minute.
Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, and cooked chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
