Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken to the hot oil and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the chicken broth to the skillet and stir to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in the sour cream and cook for 1 minute, or until the sauce is thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through.
Serve the chicken with the sauce spooned over the top.
