Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken to the hot oil and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the chicken broth to the skillet and stir to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  7. Stir in the sour cream and cook for 1 minute, or until the sauce is thickened.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through.
