Ingredients
1 large fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional)
Directions
Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, combine pineapple cubes, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and coconut sugar (if using). Toss to combine.
Place the pineapple cubes in the air-fryer basket and spread out into an even layer.
Cook in the preheated air-fryer for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove from air-fryer and serve warm.
