Ingredients

  • 1 lb okra, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Add the okra slices to a large bowl and add the olive oil, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
  3. Toss until the okra is evenly coated with the spices.
  4. Place the okra in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the okra is golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve.
