Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the almonds, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, coconut oil, and salt until everything is evenly coated.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each scoop.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before serving.
