  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup eggplant moussaka sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns. Place the toasted buns on a plate.
  5. Top each bun with a cooked patty and 1/4 cup of eggplant moussaka sauce. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  6. Serve with a side of Greek salad.
